By creating a WeInvoice account and using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use WeInvoice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. WeInvoice is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it current.
You may use WeInvoice only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to create fraudulent invoices, impersonate other businesses, or conduct any illegal activity. WeInvoice reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into WeInvoice — including your client information, invoices, and business details. By using WeInvoice, you grant us the right to store and display this data to you as part of the service.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. WeInvoice may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
Free plan accounts are limited to 10 invoices per month and 2 saved payment methods. These limits may change with reasonable notice. Exceeding limits will prompt you to upgrade to Pro.
Pro plan charges are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 30 days of payment if you are unsatisfied.
You may delete your account at any time. WeInvoice reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
WeInvoice is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WeInvoice after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
