When you register, we collect your name, email address, username, and business name. When you create invoices, we store your client information, invoice content, and payment method details you enter. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance.
Your data is used solely to provide the WeInvoice service: creating invoices, sending emails to your clients, and storing your business information. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising. Your client data is yours — we never access it for any purpose other than displaying it to you.
Every WeInvoice account is completely isolated. No user can access another user's data. All queries are scoped to your account ID at the database level. Your clients, invoices, and payment methods are only visible to you when logged in to your account.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data — including clients, invoices, and profile information — is permanently deleted within 30 days.
All connections to WeInvoice are encrypted via HTTPS. Passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing. SMTP credentials for email sending are encrypted with AES-256 before storage. We offer optional two-factor authentication (TOTP) for additional account security.
WeInvoice does not share your data with third-party services. Email sending (when you send invoices to clients) uses the SMTP configuration you or the platform administrator sets up. No analytics platforms or advertising networks are integrated.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export your client and invoice data from your account settings. To request account deletion, contact us at support@weinvoice.app.
